This website and its content (the "Website") are operated by the CSG Foundation, with its registered office at U Rustonky 714/1, Prague 8, 186 00, Czech Republic, Company ID: 230 00 791, registered under file number N 2646, maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague (the "Foundation"), and are the exclusive property of the Foundation.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern all access to and use of the Website, as well as access to and use of all information, recommendations, or content provided on or through the Website. By using the Website (whether directly or indirectly), you agree and commit to comply with these Terms (especially Articles 1 to 3 below) and act accordingly. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately leave the Website and refrain from any further use or access to it.

Use of the Website

You may use the Website only (i) through a compatible internet browser; and (ii) for non-commercial use with the sole purpose of obtaining information about the Foundation, including its affiliated entities and the products/services they offer, or for potential ordering/utilization of these products/services.

    Warranties. The Foundation makes no express or implied warranties of any kind regarding the Website, including, but not limited to, warranties concerning:

  • The suitability of the Website for a particular purpose;
  • The results that may be or will be achieved through the use of the Website or the content available on the Website;
  • The uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Website; or

    • Liability. The Foundation and its affiliated companies and organizations disclaim and exclude, to the maximum extent possible, all legal liability for any damages (whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost information, missed opportunities or expected savings, any indirect or consequential losses, and penalties) arising from or in connection with:

  • Any direct or indirect use or inability to use the Website or the information available on or through the Website;
  • The operation of the Website, content available on the Website, or services available on the Website (including information society services ensuring the operation of the Website); or
  • Any decisions made based on information available on or through the Website.

    • Indemnification. By using the Website, you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Foundation and its affiliated entities (including content providers of the Website) and their officers, statutory representatives, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from all claims, losses, liabilities, fines, expenses, damages, and costs, including legal fees and expert opinions, arising from or in connection with (i) your use (or misuse) of the Website (especially if your use of the Website violates the rights of the Foundation or third parties); or (ii) violations of these Terms.

    General Provisions
    Personal Data. The collection and use of personal data are governed by the Foundation Privacy Policy.

    Changes to the Terms. The Foundation may unilaterally change these Terms without prior notice. By using the Website, you agree to always comply with the current Terms available on the Website at the time of use.

    No Special Relationship. These Terms do not establish any representation, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Foundation and you.

    Governing Law. These Terms are governed by Czech law. You agree that all disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Czech courts. The local jurisdiction of the courts shall be determined based on the registered office of the Foundation.
